§ Rev. Martin Smythasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether, in order to avoid prolonged uncertainty, he will provide financial guidelines for the various universities and colleges for the next few years at the earliest opportunity.
§ Mr. ScottWhilst I wish to give the institutions all the information they need, I am presently unable to indicate definitive allocations for more than one year ahead. I am, however, considering what guidance I can make available.
