§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the Official Report the 188W Council. These included the directive on major industrial hazards—the so-called Seveso directive—and decisions on the exchange of information concerned with measuring air pollution in member States and on Community participation in the Bonn convention on the conservation of migratory species of wild animals.
