§ Mr. Wyn RobertsFollowing the untimely death of Mr. Stephen Gray my right hon. Friend has asked Mr. Douglas Badham, the deputy chairman, to serve as acting chairman pending the appointment of a successor to Mr. Gray. He has readily agreed.
We are anxious to ensure that the new chairman should be selected from as wide and good a field as possible. With this in mind we have decided to advertise the post and to engage Spencer Stuart and Associates Ltd. as consultants for the purpose.
