§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe re-occupation of the custodian's cottage at Netley Abbey by a responsible person should assist in detering vandalism. Limited work on the cottage will be necessary before it can be occupied by a suitable tenant and this will be put in hand. Meanwhile, the police are aware of the situation and are doing what they can to combat vandalism.
