§ Mr. RaisonProvided he meets the requirements of paragraph 52 of the Immigration Rules—HC 394; 1978–80—a fiancé will normally be admitted to the United Kingdom for three months, with a prohibition on his taking employment. We have no plans to amend the rules regarding permission for indefinite stay for men who enter as fiancés.
