§ Mr. WaddingtonInformation about prosecutions under section 6 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 for the period January 1981 to May 1982 is only currently available for Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate, 41W which laid 28 informations under section 6. It is impossible to say, without disproportionate cost, how many of these were in relation to the provision of safety information, testing and research on imported goods.
