§ Mr. Canavanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, pursuant to the reply from the hon. Member for Sutton and Cheam (Mr. Macfarlane) to the hon. Member for West Stirlingshire on 8 June, Official Report c. 30, he will publish in the Official Report the text of the correspondence with the Scottish Rugby Union about the involvement of its players in a tour of South Africa, in breach of the Gleneagles agreement.
