§ The Attorney-General[pursuant to his reply, 18 May 1982, c. 57]: The following are the cases against the United Kingdom in which the European Court of Human Rights has found that a violation of the European Convention of Human Rights took place:
- The Golder case
- The case of Ireland v the United Kingdom
- The Tyrer case
36 - The Sunday Times case
- The case of Young, James and Webster
- The Dudgeon case
- The case of "X" (a mental health patient)
- The Campbell and Cosans case
