Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will commission a report on the impact of the common agricultural policy on those underdeveloped food producing nations currently receiving financial aid from the United Kingdom before he makes decisons on the distribution of aid in 1983.
§ Mr. Neil MartenIn deciding the allocation of aid, the Government take account of the overall economic position of each recipient country. Studies already exist of the effects of the common agricultural policy and we keep this under review.
