§ Mr. Neil MartenThe figures are available for calendar years only. The latest estimate is that 0.42 per cent. of gross national product was distributed as net official development assistance in 1981. The comparable figures for 1980 and 1979 were 0.34 and 0.51 per cent. respectively.
