§ Mr. McTaggartasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide a breakdown of the number of those in receipt of supplementary benefit in Glasgow by the following classifications (a) sick and disabled, (b) single-parent families, (c) registered unemployed, (d) umemployed on long-term scale rate, (e) pensioners and (f) others.
§ Mr. NewtonEstimates of the numbers claiming from the local offices in Glasgow—excluding the Cumbernauld office—are given in the table below. They may include people who live outside Glasgow itself.
