§ Mr. RossiDetails of new awards are currently available under 14 broad categories which describe the main cause of helplessness, diseases of the ear being included under the heading of diseases of the nervous system and sense organs. No details of withdrawals are readily available. It would be possible to obtain more precise details of awards and withdrawals, but to do so would be disproportionately expensive.
