Friend the Prime Minister, the list of speakers for the special session names Heads of State or Government from the following countries: Bangladesh, Canada, Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Madagascar, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United States.
