§ Mrs. ChalkerThe main emphasis must now be on the implementation and monitoring of the far reaching changes in the Act. Nevertheless, we are also making progress on an internationally agreed wet braking standard and the control of helmet visors for light transmissions and abrasions. We are also carrying out further research on the potential of daytime running lamps.
