§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friend is proposing to raise the standards for entry to the register of approved driving instructors in Great Britain, and is considering the need for stricter trainee licensing requirements. The fees for examinations, licences and registration are also being increased. Interested organisations are being consulted on the proposals.
