§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergResponsibility for determining NHS London weighting boundaries and rates of allowances rests with the General Whitley Council London weighting consortium. I understand that the consortium proposes to embark shortly on a review of London weighting which will include consideration of the suggestion that Dartford and Gravesham district health authority should be included in the London zone.
