§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the conclusions reached by the Home Office research study No. 72 entitled "Public Disorder" with particular regard to the comments on police-community relations.

Experience in Handsworth generally has contributed to our work in preparing guidelines for local consultation between the community and the police.
