§ Mr. YoungerI have received the report of the DAFS scrutiny and am arranging for copies to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses. Before any decisions are taken on the report's recommendations, my Department will be sending the views of those industries with an interest in the report's findings and of the Scottish Office trades' unions.
