Mr. Proctor

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list in the Official Report all Government buildings in the constituency of Basildon, indicating which of these buildings are owned directly by the Government and which are leased or rented, with the exception of those buildings pertaining to the Basildon development corporation.

Unemployed Benefit Office (Temporary Buildings), Great Oaks, Basildon: Department of Employment (Buildings are Crown property on leased site). Temporary Unemployment Benefit Office, (Swiftplan Temporary Buildings), Great Oaks, Basildon: Department of Employment; Employment Services Division. (Short term hiring on site leased from Development Corporation). Jobcentre, 5–9 east Square, Basildon: Manpower Services Commission (held in its name). Warning and Monitoring Post, Billericay: Home Office. (Crown Building on leased site).
