§ Mr. PattieRoyal dockyard employees are civil servants and are paid under the same sick pay rules as other civil servants. Certain procedural changes for the payment of sick pay will be necessary when the statutory sick pay scheme is introduced in April next year, but this will not affect the amount of gross sick pay issued to any individual.
