§ Mr. Altonasked the Minister for Trade if he will ask the Director General of Fair Trading to investigate the proposed takeover of Johnson Group Cleaners by Sunlight Services Group.
§ Dr. VaughanThe Director General is already considering this proposed merger. In the light of his advice, my right hon. and noble Friend will announce as soon as practicable his decision on whether it is to be referred to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission for investigation.
