§ Mr. Hordernasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will publish a table showing the number of geriatric patients in hospital in England and Wales in 1952, 1962, 1972 and in each of the most recent five years to the latest convenient date, and the proportion that such patients bore to the total number in hospital in each of these years;
(2) how many people were held in homes and institutions for the mentally ill and mentally handicapped in 1952, 1962, 1972, and in each of the most recent five years to the latest convenient date.
