The following table shows the proportion of United Kingdom receipts from each of the main Community funds. It is only possible to provide this analysis, on a consistent basis, for the period 1976 to 1980.

The following tables show for 1972 to 1981 annual payments in each sector of the European Community Budget as a proportion of the total budget. For 1982 and 1983 it shows payment appropriations as a proportion of total payment appropriations. The 1982 Budget is subject to revision and the 1983 Budget procedure is not yet complete.
