§ Mr. John MooreMy Department has seen, on a confidential basis, a copy of an independent report prepared by petroleum consultants on the prospects for PL.089. The report, which contains valuable commercial information, is the property of the British Gas Corporation, which commissioned it, and of its partners in the licence, British Petroleum. Decisions about its availability are a matter for the corporation and I shall ask the chairman to write to the hon. Member.
