§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Open Tech task group, which was set up last January to consider the management and direction of the Open Tech programme, recently submitted its report to the Manpower Services Commission. The commission, having considered the report, has endorsed the group's conclusions on the development, scope and management of the programme, and I understand it is proposed to publish the report shortly.
