Friends the Secretaries of State for the Environment and Trade have considered the representations made by the interested parties taking into account new air traffic forecasts. These representations are now being exchanged between parties to enable the latter to make any further observations they may wish before my right hon. Friends come to a decision. They will reach this decision as soon as possible, but it would be premature to say when this will be.
