§ Mr. Jim Spicerasked the Attorney-General whether it remains the intention of Her Majesty's Government to promote legislation to reform the law on ancillary relief upon divorce in accordance with the recommendations contained within the recent report of the Law Commission, No. 112; and whether he is in a position to give further information on his proposals.
