§ Mr. Peter ReesI am aware that companies, including those in the animal compound feed trade, which normally import goods from Argentina are regrettably suffering some adverse effects from the import ban. The effect cannot be precisely measured as statistics are not available.
§ Mr. John Carlisleasked the Minister for Trade when he expects the present restrictions on the granting of import licences for goods from Argentina to be removed.
§ Mr. Peter ReesThe future of these measures is under consideration. It is not possible at this stage to say when they will be removed.
