§ Q45. Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if she will ask the Government of France for the results of their investigation into whether French technicians assisted the Argentine air force in fitting Exocet missiles after the commencement of hostilities.
§ The Prime MinisterThe French Government communicated to us on 28 July the text of a statement, issued jointly by the Ministries of Defence and Foreign Affairs, reporting the findings of their inquiries. This concludes that
the French Government totally fulfilled the obligations imposed on it by its solidarity with its British ally".
