§ Lord James Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he intends that the Museum of Scotland will be sited in Edinburgh.
§ Mr. YoungerIt will be for the trustees of the Museum of Scotland, when they are appointed, to consider the most suitable location for the museum in the longer term; but I envisage that at least its initial development will take place in Edinburgh where the collections of the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland are at present housed.
