§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe are concerned with emergency planning which involves the National Health Service, the personal social services and the social security organisation, including plans for emergencies arising from industrial strife, natural disasters, major accidents and the provision of a health service in wartime. Plans are made consulting, as appropriate, other Government Departments, health and local authorities, the Post Office and voluntary organisations.
