asked the Attorney-General, pursuant to his answer, Official Report, 23 March, c. 290, and 15 June, c. 239, if the Director of Public Prosecutions has now decided whether to initiate a prosecution in connection with the use of blood at a London hospital.

The result of the police investigation has not yet been reported to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
