§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the risk of delay to processed food exports by the method of application of the new export procedures contained in schedule 7 to the Finance Act 1981, he will extend, at least until 31 December, the concessions which have been operating since October 1981.
