§ Mr. RossiThe reassessment of provisional assessments of disablement is arranged automatically by the Department and no application is necessary. The review of assessments in acccordance with section 110(1) and (2) of the Social Security Act 1975 does, however, require an application. On average, it takes four weeks for such applications to be considered by a medical board.
