Member's question of 12 March—[Vol. 19, c.510]—I am informed that a new design team has been appointed and I am waiting for the team to establish and submit to me a firm budget cost for the remedial works that the board of governors proposes. I am anxious that no undue delay should occur and I hope to receive the design team's report soon.
