§ Mr. RossiAt February 1982 there were 101,700 unemployed claimants in Scotland who had exhausted their entitlement to unemployment benefits; this was 31.7 per cent. of the total number of unemployed claimants in Scotland at that date. The comparable figures for February 1981 were 65,300 and 23.9 per cent. respectively.
