§ Mrs. ChalkerConstruction of the complex M11-M25 interchange at Theydon has entailed lane closures and diversions on M11 since December, but disruption has been kept to a minimum. Despite a sever winter, works are well on target. Less restrictive arrangements will operate from mid-August and the motorway should return to near normal during October.
