§ Mr. KingA number of specific rating measures to assist commerce and industry were suggested by respondents to the Green Paper, "Alternatives to Domestic Rates" (Cmnd. 8449). The Government are keeping the position of non-domestic ratepayers in mind as their policies on rating develop.
