Member for Melton receives a substantive reply from the Under-Secretary of State regarding British Telecom tunnels, arising out of the letter sent to his Department on 9 June, reference CH/P50/24696/82, by the hon. Member for Wallasey (Mrs. Chalker), as soon as possible, with a view to its being available in time for the debate in the House on the motion to adjourn for the Summer Recess.
