§ Mr. YoungerI understand that the right hon. Member has now received the letter sent to him by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary who is responsible for health and social work notifying him of my decision not to give consent to the dismissal of the reporter to the children's panel. This decision was conveyed at the same time to Orkney Islands council.
