§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Attorney-General's consent is required to prosecute any offence under the168W Explosive Substances Act, 1883, or conspiracy to commit any such offence. Thus, my consent would be necessary to the prosecution of all such offences if they were directed against the sovereign, her family or residences.
