§ Mr. Charles R. Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland which groups and grades in the public sector for which he has ministerial responsibility have so far settled at 4 per cent. or less in the current 1981–82 pay round.
§ Mr. YoungerElectricians and plumbers and their assistants in the National Health Service settled within 4 per cent. Following the announcement on 23 June that additional resources had been made available to improve pay offers to Health Service staff, these negotiations were reopened and a revised agreement within 6 per cent. has now been reached.
