§ Mr. Neil MartenAn estimated £280,000 was spent on technical co-operation programmes in Honduras in 1981–82, mainly in artisanal fisheries, forestry, agriculture, the development of water resources and the provision of training awards. In addition, £500,000 was provided for Bailey bridging from the £5 million capital aid loan signed with Honduras in 1980.
