§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe possibility of listing the Oxo Tower was considered in 1979 and again in 1980. On each occasion it was judged not to warrant inclusion in the statutory list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest.
I have reconsidered the case, but my judgment remains that the building does not warrant listing.
