§ Lord BelsteadHer Majesty's Government have made no representations to the Government of Pakistan about Pakistani prisoners. Our policy on human rights is well known and often stated. Her Majesty's Government have no independent means of establishing what prisoners are being held in Pakistan, or under what conditions they are being held.
