§ The Prime MinisterAt my request my hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Industry, whose responsibilities include regional industrial policy, received a delegation from the North West Industrial Development Association on 2 February. There was a useful exchange of views on the issues raised in the association's document and my hon. Friend subsequently wrote to the association about the outstanding points.
