§ Sir Marcus Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will ensure that his Department does not consent to the closure of either Riseholm or Caythorpe agricultural colleges in Lincolnshire.
§ Mr. WaldegraveRiseholm and Caythorpe are two constituent centres of the Lincolnshire colleges of agriculture and horticulture. It is for the Lincolnshire education authority to determine their future: it does not require the consent of my Department before implementing any decision.
