§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeA general practitioner is required by his terms of service to provide proper and sufficient surgery accommodation. Family practitioner committees carry out inspections, some on a routine basis. I would like to see committees give priority to systematic inspections. We are currently considering with the representatives of the profession the possibility of further guidance on minimum standards.
