§ Mr. MacfarlaneComplex issues are involved in preparation of the guidance required by section 50(2) of the Act, but I am not aware of any undue difficulties caused by the delay. It is our intention to publish draft financial guidelines as soon as possible as the basis for a widespread public consultation.
