§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Government have decided that a further £90 million should be available in negotiating a new pay offer. This figure is for Great Britain. For England the equivalent figure is £74.5 million, of which health authorities will be asked to meet £32.2 million from within their existing allocations. Revised regional revenue cash limits will be issued very soon.
